"The Artist"
Tobias Rose got his start in graphic design while in High
School. he always had a love for art, and he loved to draw
people. During his senior year, he discovered programs such
as Photoshop and Corel Photo. At the time, he would play with
the programs without taking the effort seriously. His teachers
told him he had a gift and should stick to it, however, he
wanted to become a software engineer, and art wasn't something
that he could see himself making a living in, but it was something
he had a natural love for which he couldn't escape. His parents
as well as his friends urged him to stick to art. He left high
school as a governor's school nominee for art and a junior
rotarian for his hometown of Kannapolis among numerous honors.
Tobias Rose attended North Carolina Central University where
he majored in Computer Science, and then Art Concentrating
in Visual Communications. With his natural artistic abilities,
he felt that he needed to excercise them and learn how the
graphic design world operates. His skills grew and he became
a serious artist.
His specialties include site design, publications, corporate
identities and illustration.
